At Blue Water Clothing, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to your return package.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
